|
Food for Thought was established in January 2005, when Chef Wayne Jones wanted to offer his catering services after many years of entertaining family and friends in his own home.
Wayne has spent the last 11 years in Grand Cayman, working with many of the Islands finest chefs within our fine restaurants and hotels.
Wayne completed his culinary degree in the UK, and then went to work in the Channel Islands, France and Switzerland, working in some of their finest Michelin Stared Restaurants before bringing his expertise to the Cayman Islands.
At Food for Thought, our policy is to deliver an exceptional dining experience. We cater for your every need, whether it be a simple BBQ, a wedding or an intimate dinner party for two.
